Position: Mobile Pet Groomer / Pet Stylist
Mode: Mobile grooming service (working inside a fully equipped van that goes to the client’s home).
Location: Various cities in Florida (e.g., Tampa, Orlando, Lakeland, Winter Haven, Kissimmee, etc.).
Responsibilities
Perform full grooming services: bath, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, brushing, de-shedding, breed-specific or custom haircuts, use of hypoallergenic perfumes, and adding accessories (bows, ties, etc.).
Handle and care for pets of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments (mainly dogs, sometimes cats).
Assess coat condition (mats, fleas, double coat, sensitive skin) and apply the right treatment.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness inside the grooming van.
Provide friendly, professional customer service — explaining services and educating pet owners on at-home maintenance.
Be punctual and reliable for scheduled appointments.
Requirements
Proven experience as a groomer (preferably 2–6 years or more).
Knowledge of grooming techniques for different breeds and coat types (including Poodles and Doodles).
Physical ability to handle large or difficult pets.
Valid driver’s license and responsibility in driving mobile units.
Professional attitude, patience, and genuine love for animals.
English and Spanish skills are a plus (for client communication).
