After 15 years in business, we're looking for the best, brightest, "Guest Services" professionals in the Tampa Bay area to add to our growing team. DESCRIPTION: This is an hourly position
The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests who come into our salon spa, as well as provide assistance with retail products. We are looking for someone who has an awareness of the importance of intention in their work on a daily basis. This person takes pride in his/her own appearance and well-being and believes learning never ends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Scheduling guest salon spa services, while implementing proper procedures
-Greeting guests and escorting them to waiting areas
-Educating guests on services and retail products
-Maximize service books for each service professional in a fair and consistent manner
-Closing sales and encouraging guests to pre-book services
-AVEDA home product recommendations and Rewards Plus Memberships
-Executing standard telephone procedure, using appropriate customer service etiquette
-Confirming appointments via online, text, and phone
-Informing service professionals of daily schedules and/or any adjustments
-Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Salon Owner when necessary
-Responsibility for balancing and checking the register drawer
-Performing other duties as assigned such as; social media posts/responses/videos/website updates with webmaster
-Interacts primarily with guests, involving the utmost in professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
STRENGTHS:
-Salon experience a plus, but not required
-Excellent guest service, communication, organization, and social media skills
-Ability to manage time effectively
-Ability to perform multiple computer skills
-Self-motivated, ready to go above and beyond
-Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
-Team player with a positive mindset
