Alexander's Property Maintenance is a complete-service property maintenance landscaping company. We are looking for an irrigation tech to handle monthly service checks, and maintenance and repairs, on large and small properties to assist onsite lead irrigation tech.
Depending on applicant location, this position could be run out of our Largo or Tampa location.
Responsibilities and Duties
CLEAN VALID DRIVER LICENSE REQUIRED
Perform monthly inspections
Replace sprinkler heads and nozzles
Program timers
Knowledge of large and small irrigation systems and how to repair in a timely manor.
Preferred, but willing to train (this does affect pay rate):
Knowledge of large and small systems
Valve replacements
Two wire
Trouble shooting
Wire tracking
Specific Requirements:
3 - 5 years experience in irrigation is required
Good organizational skills, with ability to prioritize
Strong communication skills, knowledge of Spanish a plus
Team work is essential, but must be able to work alone
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must be 21 years old, reliable and have the ability to work safely
