Join Our Team as a Network Support Technician (Entry Level) – Remote/Hybrid!
Are you ready to kickstart your career in network technology? We are excited to announce that our client, a leading multi-state call center, is looking to fill 15-20 positions in their Network Operations Center (NOC). We're hiring for both entry-level Network Technicians and more experienced Network Engineers.
Job Overview:
As a member of our NOC team, you'll be the first point of contact for support calls, network alerts, and ticket generation. Your main objective is to provide efficient and effective solutions to network problems, escalations, and local market dispatches.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls professionally and helpfully.
Escalate issues to the appropriate Network Operations team member.
Troubleshoot broadband products, routing, transport, and voice services.
Document incidents by creating tickets and updating necessary fields.
Research and resolve issues such as documentation requests, recurring troubles, and follow-up supports.
Recommend process improvements and provide shift summary status reports.
Notify and escalate network incidents or outages according to documented procedures.
Provision network hardware for upcoming installations, service upgrades, or replacements.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
o CompTIA Network+ and Security, or Cisco CCNA
o AA/AS/BA Degree or equivalent experience and knowledge.
o At least 2 years of relevant customer/ call center experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner with a clean background.
Willingness to work different shifts as needed.
