The maintenance technician position, under limited supervision, is responsible for the general daily service tickets.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Excel!
Regular Maintainance to pour properties all exterior & Interior
General painting, plumbing, A/C, carpentry, roofing cleaning(single story), Gutter cleaning and electrical work.
Assist in maintaining the pools deck
Presssure wash
Painting caulking sealing
High school diploma or GED.
Relevant building maintenance experience.
CPO preferred.
Prior electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Occasional travel may be required
