Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automatic Screen-Printing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in screen printing, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work. As a Screen-Printing Operator, you will be responsible for operating Automatic screen-printing equipment, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
Set up, adjust, and maintain screen printing machines for each job.
Inspect products for quality and ensure that they meet customer specifications.
Load garments and screens with designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with printing equipment or processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Screen-Printing Operator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of screen-printing techniques, equipment, and materials.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Must speak read and write English
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
