Listen to customer concerns, discuss with technicians, and discuss needed repairs and service to be performed on vehicle with customers. Delegate jobs to technicians as needed. Work through the complete process of customer intake, repairs, and completion with the customer. Must have good communication skills, customer relations, problem solving, attention to detail attributes. Can train on Napa Tracs software for billing and parts lookup/order.
