We've hired and fired a lot of people in the last month. Please don't waste your time or ours if you are not qualified for the job. These are the things that must happen before you are even considered.
1. You must provide your drivers license and we will have our insurance company check it before you can be hired. You must not have any moving violations or suspensions in the last 3 years.
2. You must know how to do the required list of repairs below and do them very well. We will know within days if you know how to do quality repairs and if you don't we will let you go immediately.
3. You must be 24 year of age or older for us to fell like you've obtained enough experience to do the required repairs.
We are looking for a SKILLED HANDYMAN / DOOR REPAIR TECHNICIAN. (Employees) that can handle all types of basic commercial handyman repairs on a daily basis and that are ok with driving a lot. You MUST know how to do the basic handyman repairs.
Here is what you need to qualify:
FOR EMPLOYEES
1. You must be experienced, reliable, a self starter with a great attitude and people friendly.
2. You must be skilled in several trades such as door frames, hinges, door closers, woodwork, window trim, drywall patching, painting, basic tile repairs, caulking etc.
3. We Have your tools and work transportation. (you must have your own personal transportation)
4. Clean VALID drivers license - do not apply otherwise - MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS, CANNOT BE A NEW DRIVER DUE TO INSURANCE
5. Must be motivated
6. Must be willing to work out of town some days and weeks when needed (per diem paid), nice accommodations provided.
7. MUST be available for emergency on-call issues.
8. Must be able to learn how to use multiple work order systems and be able to post information and pictures from every repair.
9. This is a full-time position with night and day schedule that changes constantly so you must be able to adjust to the schedule and overtime is possible. Candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently and have a positive, can-do attitude.
10. This job includes you picking up and delivery of materials when needed.

Please Note: Night work and day work pay the same amount per hour and drive time from job to job will be different then on the job hourly pay. Daily per diem paid for food for out of town work.
Please Note:
We work for national restaurant brands so a lot of our work is overnight after the restaurants closes. This means we travel a lot through out Florida. That traveling can be a day, multiple days or a week at a time. You will be paid weekly and all funds are electronic transfer so you don't have to wait on a check each week.
