Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical, plumbing, and landscaping irrigation maintenance. This position requires a proactive individual who is capable of working independently and as part of a team to ensure the optimal functioning and appearance of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and landscaping irrigation systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, plumbing, and irrigation systems
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of property assets
Coordinate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance requests in a timely manner
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, (evenings and weekends are not required)
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and landscaping irrigation maintenance
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and irrigation systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within Pinellas County as needed
