The Position:
The Working Plumbing Foreman will provide leadership that results in a safe, harmonious, productive work culture. Is responsible and accountable for the crew under his/her direction and has extensive experience running new construction plumbing projects. A qualified candidate will be capable of taking a set of plans, designing plumbing systems and pre-fabrication and running a job from the underground phase through top-out. All "Feddon" foremen are working foremen, as capable of using a pipe wrench as a clipboard.

Experience/knowledge
Must have the following:
· 5 years+ experience; 2 years+ as foreman.
· Experience running new construction plumbing projects from underground through top-out.
· Experience reading plans and designing plumbing systems.
· Comfortable laying out crew.
ProCore working knowledge, KOJO usage a plus
· Clean recent driving record.
· Own hand tools.
· Ability to pass drug test.
· Maintain work standards/quality control.
· Ability to translate general work requirements in a prioritized work plan.
· Perform on-site assessment prior to commencing work to ensure that the job is ready (including materials/supplies, manpower and equipment) and address any concerns.
