We are seeking a working Foreman, who likes to work with their hands and run a job site. This position will require someone with experience in home renovations including but not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodeling, general repairs. As a hands-on position, you will be working side by side with other team members, handling client relations, sub-contractors. We work in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County.
This position requires a minimum of five years in all phases of residential construction and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will understand the role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, keeping on task, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Actively performing work onsite and coordinating labor activities with onsite crews.
- Making sure all work is performed according to project plans, and specifications.
- Coordinating daily with the Project Manager/team leaders regarding daily activities and schedule.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
- Blueprint Reading and Understanding
- Forecasting work activities and material needs
- Scheduling trade partners
- Daily reports and pictures - Customer communications & change orders
- Physically working with hands and tools to build a project

The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of residential construction & remodeling, construction practices & procedures, construction techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, safety, and applicable building codes.
