Accepting quotes for a 20' x 5' deck work and replacement of a 43 inch window with a prehung entry door with concrete steps and aluminum hand rails. I am supplying all of the materials. What I need is labor to do the work. The work to commence on the 15th of September. The work to be done onsite at 8730 Haines Ct E., Floral City. Please view photos. Call for an appointment to do measurements for the quote. The following are the detailed request for quotes:
1st contract #1 would be a quote to demolish the steps by the carport and the steps/platform at the end of the house. Also the steps with the deck/handrails plus the concrete support columns on the back side of the house. Meaning all steps and decks with handrails on the house. Please provide a quote for this 1st contract.
The 2nd #2 contract quote request is for a 20' x 5' deck with synthetic brown deck boards on the surface without handrails. The deck to be constructed of pressure treated materials except the top surface of the 20' x 5' to be of synthetic material 1" x 6" deck boards. Included in this #2 contract would be the removal of the 43" window and installation of the Lowes supplied entrance prehung door.
Next the third #3 contract quote request is for the screened in current end deck to have the surface boards removed and replaced with the 1" x 6" synthetic material deck boards. Leave the screens on the 3 sides as it is and leave the screen door operational.
The 4th #4 contract quote request is for the installation of aluminum white handrails on the 20' x 5' deck.
Lastly, the two (2) concrete steps with white handrails will be supplied and installed by Leesburg Concrete Company. (See attached photo)
