We’re seeking two Epoxy Floor Installers to join us. We are looking to hire immediately with a start date as soon as Monday. Experience is preferred, but not required.
Job Description:
As an Epoxy Floor Installer, you will be responsible for installing high-quality epoxy flooring in both residential and commercial spaces. We supply the materials, equipment, and tools necessary for installation. This means our installers only need to drive to the job site and work.
Epoxy Floor Installers are required to meet at the shop Monday to Friday at 7 am for morning meetings. At the morning meeting, you will be briefed on your assigned job, and provided with a list of materials needed for installation. Then you will drive your own vehicle and meet the rest of the crew at the job site.
A typical workday starts at 9 am and finishes around 4 pm. It involves grinding concrete surfaces with heavy machinery (diamond grinders, hand-grinders, & power tools), mixing epoxy/resin & hardeners, and installing epoxy, urethane, & Polyaspartic coatings.
Job Requirements:
You must have your own, reliable vehicle, & a valid FL driver's license.
You must live near Tampa (we service serve Tampa & surrounding areas.)
Ability to communicate in English.
Willing to learn & take direction from crew leaders.
Physical strength to lift materials weighing 50+ lbs.
Preferred—previous experience operating diamond grinders, hand grinders, & power tools.
Preferred—previous experience installing epoxy, urethane, & Polyaspartic coatings.
Compensation Package:
$16-$20/Hour depending on experience.
Weekend bonus.
Morning meeting attendance bonus.
Gas allowance.
