The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of civil earthwork ,sitework, clearing estimating program; construction scheduling, and be able to create detailed estimates within their designated sector. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a efficient manner and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Accurately estimate work time and costs.
Obtain and coordinate project specifications with project managers and customers.
Prepare bid proposals and provide specifications, cost estimates, and time frames for completing projects.
Calculate pricing for projects.
Calculate labor and materials costs.
