PROFESSIONAL HANDYMAN-PAINTER
1. Five years experienced in construction and all phases of interior, exterior preparation, painting, experienced pressure cleaning, etc.
2. Handy-man skills a plus, stucco, drywall, carpentry, flooring, labor work, etc.
3. Five years pressure cleaning of exterior houses, roofs up to two stories high.
4. Not afraid of heights and working on ladders up to two stories high.
5. Must have own transportation. Not from a friend, or family member, etc.
6. MUST HAVE CURRENT AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
7. Start Immediately.
8. Good Pay
9. have own personal tools.
