Experienced Field Supervisor needed for commercial and renovation projects. Must have at least 5 years of in the field experience as a field supervisor. We work within Central Florida. Position Duties:
Check all projects daily and assure quality work is being provided
Attend subcontractor meetings
Coordinate tools, rental equipment and materials for each project
Keep up with project schedules
Requirements for this position:
At least 5 years of experience as a field supervisor
Strong leadership skills
Extensive experience in the relevant industry
Excellent communication abilities and a solid understanding of project management principles, proficiency in safety regulations
Ability to work effectively in various field conditions, often including the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and troubleshoot problems on-site
Be a multi-tasker and complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work with others and maintain a professional appearance
