QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory 7 years commercial experience (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
Must have experience with all major equipment manufacturers including Carrier, Trane, Lennox and York Rooftop systems, EMS Controls & Fire Alarm Systems (Required)
HVAC commercial installation, troubleshooting, testing, balancing and close outs
Must have experience with energy management systems such as Novar, Honeywell and Emerson (Required)
EPA Universal Certification (Required)
Driver license (Required)
Company Truck, must travel within Florida
Work Authorization (Required)

Must be able to read blueprints
