Full time with benefits. Some overtime. All duties associated with maintaining properties and performing general repairs and up keep. Commercial building and some rental properties. Assist as needed. Paint, drywall repairs, light carpentry, shop maintenance, some landscaping, some mowing, some sprinkler repairs, masonry repairs, wash vehicles, sweep, mop, maybe some light delivery work as well. Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
