We are looking for an all around home repair tech that has experience in all aspects of home repairs including fence repairs, landscaping, carpentry, minor plumbing, drywall repair, garbage disposal replacement, patio screen repair, window screen installation and repair, ceiling fan installation, light plumbing fixture installation, hauling, and other repair work.
Reliable transportation required. We pay reimburse driving through mileage pay.
Must have basic tools.
Real Property Management Tampa St Pete manages rental property throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. The pay is $1,000 per week.
