Job title: Handyman/Remodeler
Residential & Light Commercial repair and remodeling for a property management company. Looking for subcontractors or employee-based craftsmen. Full-time earnings expectations of $1000 to $1200 per week. Work areas Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. Local Candidates only.
Skills required should include any of the following:
Soffit – Fascia
Interior trim, baseboard, shelving, cabinets.
Decks, Siding, and Doors
General remodeling – Bathrooms & Kitchens.
Drywall and drywall repairs
Flooring of all types
Interior/exterior painting
Basic handyman and home repair items
You must be professional and presentable. You must have all your own tools and transportation (preferably work truck or van) and a valid driver’s license. We are hiring as employees or as Sub-contractors.
4 years minimum referenced experience required
