Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Handymen who specialize in bathroom remodels for a residential renovation project in the Clearwater, FL area.
PAY: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
TYPICAL SCHEDULE: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, 40 hours per week
START DATE: 12/19/2024
DURATION: Temp to Perm
Job Responsibilities:
Convert tub to shower + shower pan
Floor-to-ceiling tile installation
Plumbing/fixture installs (toilets, sinks, drains)
Vanities, lights, mirrors, towel racks
Job Requirements:
Must pass a background check
Proficient in floor-to-ceiling tile work, installing fixtures, and other bathroom remodeling tasks
Ability to use Impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, and operate them safely
Self-motivated
Can complete tasks as delegated
Must have standard PPE, including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, and work pants.
Tools Required: (Must have your own tools)
Standard handyman tools - including but not limited to impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, tape measure, cordless drills, hammer, wrenches, etc
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have driver's license and reliable transportation to & from the job sites
