Superior Skilled Trades is seeking loader, excavator, and dozer Operators for an immediate start in Tampa and Clearwater, FL
PAY: $20-$23/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (12hr shifts) (PM shifts available)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Sunday
START DATE: ASAP
Heavy Equipment Operator Job Description:
Safe operation of Excavator/Dozer or loader
Experience in Dredging
Breaking up couches, trees, and debris from the hurricanes.
Unload/Load Raw materials
Safely and efficiently move equipment around the job site
Ability to use the controls to effectively operate heavy machinery
Understands and watches machine control, gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure the machine is working properly.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods handle and manipulate objects on a repetitive basis
Ability to see well and distinguish between backup alarms, voices, and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites.
Qualifications for heavy equipment operator:
2+ years of heavy civil construction equipment operation experience
Must have your equipment keys!
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Additional Requirements for Heavy Equipment Operators:
Work outside in all weather conditions and various locations and times of day
Possess own PPE: Hard hat, hearing and eye protection, and Safety Vest.
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
