We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced carpenter/supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer relations, and a professional demeanor. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and schematics, stay organized, and be comfortable with training others
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in carpentry, with a proven track record of exceptional work. Highly experienced in high end kitchen and bathroom cabinet installation. MUST have expert experience installing pre finished crown molding and trim
Skills: Extreme attention to detail, understanding of logistics, and hands-on ability in both shop and on-site environments.
Reliability: Must be dependable and reliable. No alcohol or drug problems.
Documentation: Must provide a resume, references, and pictures of past and recent jobs. Explanation for seeking new employment is required.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with customers, supervisors, and managers.
Knowledge: General knowledge of all construction IE: basic electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall etc. with specific experience in cabinet, bathroom, built-ins and kitchen installations.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
