Hiring for, Tire changer / general service technician/Tire Department Manager.
Looking for a experienced tire changer tech with general service knowledge, that can handle running the tire department, by managing the used tire inventory count for what's available for selling, and being responsible for knowing what's needed. We have a used tire vendor that will replenish the inventory for specific sizes for what's needed.
I would need one who is able to effectively communicate with online customers by managing online sales for what the customers needs are, based off the used tires inventory, as well as presenting available sales for a new tire to the customer if a used tire is not stock.
The entire tire department would be handled completely to a individual who is capable of completing the task of installation of tires, inventory, managing online sales, I'm looking to increase sales in this department with a daily, monthly goal of increased profit,it's one less department I don't have to manage.
I have a shop management software that keeps track of sales, technician clock in times /jobs/and hours of service, to help keep track of progress and over all performance in that department.
The start off pay is $18 a hour/ in 90 days we'll revisit the overall performance of the tires sales, from month to month, work performance, a overall evaluation, when the company sales increase,it benefits for everyone, I have no problem increasing the hourly rate to $25 a hour.
You must be able to handle light truck and cars.
1. Mount and balance tires / flat repairs experienced.
2. Oil change service
3. General service
4. Must have some tools.
5. Part time/Full time available .
Hours : Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 9am-2pm closed Sunday.
