We are one of the top countertop companies in the Tampa Bay area, and we’re growing fast! We’re looking for experienced countertop installers to join our team as independent contractors. If you take pride in your work and want consistent jobs with a reliable company, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Safely transport finished countertops to job sites.
Install countertops in a clean, precise, and professional manner.
Install waterfall edges and mitered corners with confidence.
Communicate clearly with office staff and supervisors for scheduling and updates.
Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience installing countertops (natural stone, quartz, porcelain, Dekton, etc.).
Must know how to install mitered and waterfall edges.
Your own truck/van, tools, and crew (if needed).
Business entity registered in Florida (Sunbiz).
General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp or valid exemption.
Occupational License.
Government-issued photo ID.
Strong work ethic, reliable, and attention to detail.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Occasional weekends available
Consistent work for qualified teams
