What You’ll Do:
Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and refrigeration units.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with precision and efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior technicians to ensure a strong and cohesive team.
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all job sites.
Some nights, weekends and overtime may be required
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential and commercial systems.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems with attention to detail.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
EPA certification required.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
