We are seeking experienced and motivated HVAC installers MINIMUM 2-3 years experience.
Blair's Air has been servicing Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties since 1974. We're looking for experienced and motivated residential Lead - new construction installer with a "can do" attitude. This is a full-time, year-round position. Currently hiring for long term employment with a growing TEAM Our installers regularly have full time hours every week even through the non-peak months. HVAC Installer Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to):
Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications
Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units
Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into company vehicle
Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
Ability to work with a helper and coach them to assist in job completion.(Leads)
Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
Carry out readings on machines with the full understanding of the implication of such readings
Ensure assigned company vehicle is kept clean
Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.
If you have a helper, bring them. We will hire a two person crew.
