HVAC – SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Residential/Light Commercial)
JOB DESCRIPTION, ESSENTIAL DUTIES, & RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Service Technician (ST2) performs highly skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems and must have a minimum of 5+ years experience. The ST2 provides exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by providing multiple options and solutions during service calls at customer homes. The ST2 is expected to work in various conditions (hot/cold), assist in handling company demands, and bring a positive team player attitude to the position and with co-workers. This position is also responsible to assist in the training and education of entry level technicians.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in HVAC
SUPERVISOR: Operations Manager
COMPENSATION: 20-35 hour (+commissions, overtime)
SCHEDULE: 8-10 hour shift, On-call shift (rotational)
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Driver’s License (required), EPA certification
