Small 2 person HVAC company looking to add to our team. We are growing fast in both residential and commercial. Currently I'm looking for someone who I can trust to be honest with me and the customer while also having the ability to work the hours that this trade requires.
You will NOT be pressured to make sales or up sell on your calls. That is not how I run my business. All I ask is that you show up to work when you're scheduled, be available for OT and on call, be honest, and do your job.
3 years of experience is preferred because I would like to be able to feel confident in sending you out in your own van, but I'm willing to compromise for the right person.
I have enough commercial work to keep us busy during the winter months when the residential side slows down!
Residential Experience - Required
Commercial Experience - A big plus!
Refrigeration Experience - Not required, but a major plus!
