Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems following manufacturer's instructions and design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC systems including boilers, refrigeration, schematics, and property maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment effectively
- Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC work
- Experience in field service, equipment repair, appliance repair, and HVAC/R
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
