We are seeking experienced and motivated HVAC TECHNICIANS TO JOIN OUR TEAM. (SERVICE TECHNICIANS AND
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS)
Blair's Air has been servicing Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties since 1974. We're looking for experienced and motivated residential TECHS with a "can do" attitude. Being able to provide superior customer service, trouble shooting, sales and computer experience, time management and communication skills are some of the requirements of this position. This is a full-time, year-round position. Currently hiring for long term employment with a growing TEAM Our techs regularly have 40 plus hours per week even through the non-peak months. Qualifications:
Great Diagnostic Skills and Sales experience are a plus
Experience with Maintenance on Residential Units
Tools for the Trade
Clean Driving Record
Great Communication Skills
Attention to Detail and ability to be flexible
