Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Communicate clearly with customers and office team
Use tablet-based dispatch and job tracking
Maintain professional conduct and appearance
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and technical skills
