Alexander's Property Maintenance is a complete-service property maintenance landscaping company, located in Largo, FL. We are looking for a qualified small engine mechanic to join our team. Responsibilities to include maintenance of light and medium duty trucks, trailers and landscape equipment.
Specific Requirements:
2 years' experience required as a small engine mechanic
THIS IS A PLUS! Diesel or gas engine certification preferred, or 4 - 5 years mechanical experience with heavy duty diesel repairs, trouble shooting, electrical and A.C repairs. Diagnostics on all is a plus.
THIS IS A PLUS! Must be familiar with hydraulic pumps and motors such has actuators, directional control valves and load control valves, for example, Electrical wiring and trouble shooting. Rewiring small engines to car/truck repairs.
Good organizational skills, with ability to prioritize
Strong communication skills, knowledge of Spanish - THIS IS A PLUS!
Teamwork is essential, but must be able to work alone
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record REQUIRED
Must be 18 years old, reliable and have the ability to work safely

Pay rate based on experience starting at $18 - $20 for small engine experience. Diesel experience pays more!
