Assistant Superintendent – Lead Foreman
Assist in planning, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation such as concrete, masonry, carpentry, plumbing.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in commercial construction
Osha 30 (Preferred) will accept Osha 10
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
Knowledgeable in preparing schedules, budgets, contract invoicing
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Driver’s License (Required)
Ability to iidentifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
