Lead Maintenance Technician with knowledge in all trades.

Perform a wide range of residential maintenance-related work orders.
Manage direct employees to keep workflow efficient while providing proper guidance and support to staff.
Pre-plan for upcoming move-outs, move-ins, and extended maintenance and capital projects in units and common areas.
Plan, stock, and purchase materials to maximize on-hand supplies for standard necessary items and promptly source and acquire other items as needed from suppliers.
Source, bid, and create relationships with third-party contractors, both GC and sub, to plan, price, initiate, and manage capital improvement projects.
Maintain professional, productive, and respectful relations with staff company-wide.
Property Management and Construction Experience, ideally in a Multi-Family (Apartments) capacity:
Able to delegate and multitask to achieve basic metrics and goals.
Strong managerial skills with staff and a team player with colleagues.
High focus on customer service and standards, and expectations for the same.
Able to work with a variety of personalities.
General knowledge of a wide range of maintenance and construction basics and types.
Able to work with standard Property Management software systems and Microsoft products.
Able to jump in on work as needed.
