Licensed Contractor Needed – Replace 17 Windows (South Tampa / Palma Ceia 33629)
I am seeking a licensed and insured contractor to replace
17 exterior windows in my home in Palma Ceia (South Tampa, ZIP 33629).
Scope of Work
Remove and dispose of existing windows.
Install new replacement windows (impact-rated or code-compliant) in existing openings.
Flash, seal, and finish windows to meet Florida Building Code requirements.
Coordinate and pass any required City of Tampa inspections.
General clean-up and removal of all construction debris.
Contractor Requirements
Valid Florida contractor license for window/door installation
(Window & Door, Glass & Glazing, or equivalent). Please provide license number.
Liability insurance and worker’s comp (or exemption) as required.
Recent experience with window replacement in Tampa / coastal areas.
Comfortable working with required permits and inspections.
Can provide references for similar jobs completed in the last 1–2 years.
Permits & Scheduling
This job will require a building permit.
I am open to either:
You pulling the permit under your license, or
Working with me for owner-permit.
Looking to start the project as soon as reasonably possible.

Payment
Payment by Zelle or check.
Prefer fixed price for the full window replacement, with clear milestones (e.g., demo, install, final inspection).
Reasonable draw schedule tied to progress; final payment after completion and passing inspections.
