We have an immediate need for an experienced Carpenter/Maintenance Technician. Duties include home maintenance, repair and renovation work, carpentry work, HVAC repair and service, plumbing repair and maintenance, electrical repair and maintenance, appliance repair and maintenance, work order tracking, maintain PM schedules, drywall patching, painting and more. Must work well with others and be part of a team. Must have own transportation as this position works at various locations within Pinellas County. Mileage for work travel is reimbursed at the current IRS rate. Candidates should be able to work efficiently unsupervised. Travel expenses within Pinellas County are reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate. Benefits not included.
