Our Company performs Facility Maintenance and Repairs on commercial properties. 75% Industrial 25% Retail.
This position requires experience in repairing all components of warehouse style buildings to include Roofing, Skylights, Wall Panels, Trim, Purlins, etc.
Other general maintenance skills required vary.
Must have clean driving record to be insured for company vehicle.
Must have reliable transportation to get to office daily.
Must be able to work a 40 hr. normal work week schedule.
