Small GC looking for 10-year minimum exp. in residential construction. You must be very good at framing, drywall , painting, flooring, trim carpentry, demolition, light electrical and plumbing, shingle roof repairs. You must have transportation, your own basic tools at a minimum. No cell phone use while at work, no smoking, chewing and or vaping while on the jobsite. We work in the surrounding area of Tampa Bay
