We are looking for multiple skills to work as subcontractors. We have a need for roofers, carpenters, welders, concrete experts, paver installers, and general handymen. Must be willing to sign a Subcontractor Agreement and carry your own insurance. Minimum requirements:
COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY
$1M per occurrence / $2M general aggregate /
$2M products & completed operations aggregate
AUTO LIABILITY
$1M per accident
UMBRELLA OR EXCESS LIABILITY
$2M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
WORKER’S COMPENSATION / EMPLOYER’S LIABILITY
Statutory / $1M per employee accident or disease
