We are a 21 unit residential rental property located near the intersection of Haines Road North and 28th Street North. It is a blue collar, working class neighborhood.
Looking for an individual or a couple who can team up to both manage the properties as well as perform routine maintenance as needed. The majority of the rentals are low-income housing. People skills as well as maintenance ability are a must.
Responsibilities include rent collection, overseeing the property and ensuring rules are being adhered to, daily property clean-up, maintenance to repair units per tenant concerns, and renovating vacant units and renting them out, screening tenants.
Compensation includes housing in a 1 bedroom unit as well as a weekly stipend.
