Looking for a full-time on-site Maintenance Manager for 56 unit Club Redington beach side condominium property. Responsibilities include:
Everyday operations being carried out smoothly and that the property is safe and secure for the residents,
The condominium property is kept clean, and all the facilities are in proper working order.
Pay $36,000 per year paid every two weeks as well as free on-site 2 bedrooms, 1 bath apartment at Club Redington (value of $45,000 per year)
Paid cell phone, internet, basic cable TV and utilities including electricity, water and trash
Five days paid vacation during the first year and ten days paid vacation each year thereafter
Five holidays with pay: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
An alternate day off with pay will be provided for work on Independence Day/evening
Five days sick leave will be available each year with no carryover of accumulation of sick days
Mileage/fuel reimbursement
