Must haves:
Reliable transportation
Full complement of tools needed for cabinet installation
Professional attitude and detail oriented
Ability to read prints
Ability to work across Florida
Ability to work overtime
Ability to work the occasional after-hours or weekend job
Flexible schedule (some weeks are 6 days, others are just 1 or 2)
Pay is per job, but our installers averaged 80k this past year. You will also receive monthly mileage reimbursement, per diems when staying out of town and pay for travel time.
Preference is for someone to work as a W-2 employee on our payroll, however we will also give consideration to 1099 subcontractors who carry adequate liability insurance (1M) and workers comp or exemption.
