Looking for Maintenance man with plenty of experience Carpentry, Minor HVAC drywall patch, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, door repair etc. must have a pick up truck or be able to carry a door, Plywood or other materials from time to time. This job requires driving to several locations daily up to an hour drive. I try to have most materials delivered straight to the job. Being able to speak clear English and text message a lot daily is a must. Looking for someone clean and polished in appearance because you will deal with tenant and homeowners from time to time. I expect you to have all your own basic power tools for the most part but I will supply anything temporary. You will be required to wear company Apparel. Travel up to an hour away daily is required at times other weeks not so much. Pay is $22 per hour to start. Or piece work per project. Unfortunately, I have to start everyone off and then give raises, depending on their skill level because everyone says they can do everything and it comes out to not be true. Drive time and gas during drive time. I also help with maintenance on vehicles like oil changes, brakes, tires if you travel a lot. We never travel more than one hour or so.
