Brothers EZ Moving, a highly reputable moving company in Tampa, is seeking reliable and motivated subcontractors to join our team. If you’re experienced in the moving industry and ready to take control of your success, this opportunity is for you.
What You Can Earn:
If you provide your own truck, 55% if you use one of our trucks, 35%.
Commission on any packing materials sold during the move.
Commission on any junk hauling services you upsell to customers.
For the right, dedicated person, this job can pay at least $80,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Show up on time and provide top-tier service—being reliable is critical.
Customer service is key: You must work to earn positive reviews, which are vital to our company’s success.
Be responsible for supplying your own truck, labor, and fuel.
Sell materials and junk hauling services for additional income.
You’ll be responsible for explaining time estimates to customers, especially if the move goes over the expected time.
Subcontractors are also responsible for handling any customer concerns and ensuring they understand additional costs.
Handle any damages that may occur during the move, ensuring professional communication with the client.
