Local replacement window company looking for full-time subcontracting window crew. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY. Must have own truck, trailer, tools, general liability, insurance. Not looking for new construction installers. Must have lots of experience with impact rated windows and sliding glass doors. As well as nice fancy homes with expensive furniture, flooring, etc. Must expect to finish a job before moving to the next job. Looking for someone with great communication, not only with the office but also with the customer. No drama. I have no interest in your sad story. I have zero interest in babysitting. Must be clean with references and pictures of their work. We clean our windows and doors during install and every job gets inspected. If you fell inspection and it turns out to be your fault, we will charge you for reinspection.
