We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
Perform equipment repairs and replacements as necessary to ensure system efficiency.
Design and implement HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with other technicians and field service teams to complete projects effectively.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and equipment maintenance.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to plumb, weld, and perform equipment repairs.
Knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components is essential.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is a plus but not required.
