Job description
We are looking for ahighly skilled Trim Carpenterwith a passion for fine craftsmanship and
attention to detail to join our team in the Tampa Bay area. Our projects focus oncustom, high-end
residential builds and luxury renovations—we’re seeking someone who takes pride in precision
and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Execute flawless installation of detailed trim work including crown molding, coffered ceilings,
wainscoting, custom cabinetry, and built-ins etc.
Interpret and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and design specs
Deliver consistent quality in finish work for luxury homes and high-end clients
Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Maintain clean, professional job sites and represent the company with pride
Requirements:
5 yearsof experience inhigh-end trim carpentry
Must have your own complete set of tools
Reliable transportationand avalid driver’s licensein good standing
Proven ability to deliver fine finish work and problem-solve in the field
Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in high-expectation environments
