Job Discription
The Job involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems such as Asphalt Shingle, Tile, BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, Coatings, and Low-Slope roofing systems.
The Roof Technician is responsible for locating leaks and performing professional quality roof repairs.
Physical Abilities
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 60 lbs
Work outside in a variety of weather conditions and meet physical demands
This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
Safety
Follows all company & OSHA safety procedures and protocols & best practices.
Safe operation of vehicles, tools and equipment
This is a partime postion and can work into a full time position depending on workmanship & job performance.
Duties & Performance
Performs duties assigned in a timely manner with the completion of proper paperwork
Communications
Effectively communicates with customers regarding their roofing needs
Effective communication with supervisors and colleagues
Honors and protects confidential and proprietary documents and information
Apperience
Maintains proper appearance and hygiene
Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years experience repair various types of roofs.
Must be able to work a app on their phone to see and enter job information.
