We are looking for a repair man who’s knowledgeable in all aspects of residential repairs. This can also be a sub contractor who would like to take on the repairs as well.
We pay out 30% of the sold price of the job.
We would give you daily work loads.
We will give you the scope of work on every job and list of all things needed for each job. You will be responsible for picking up materials for each days worth of repairs every morning. We have accounts with abc, beacon, coastal and phone sales can always be called in to us from Home Depot or Lowe’s if needed.
A Fluent English speaker is a must and Spanish speaking bilingual is a plus.
We need someone reliable.
Someone who can meet deadlines.
Someone who can communicate and be transparent with us and homeowners.
We need a strong Repair man or Sub. We need someone to get these repairs done correctly, maintaining the cordial customer service with the homeowner, and move on to the next job for the day.
We do not tolerate excuses and lies.
We are looking to build a long term relationship.
We will provide the work.
Some days there will be 4 or 5 jobs with various prices on each project and some days there will be 1 or 2 jobs.
We receive jobs from Spring Hill, all the way down to Naples. We will coordinate each daily job schedule all around the same vicinity.
